But my argument was strong, never mention negative it just some needs more evidence. But over all he grant and consider all the H and C arguments.

her Tourist Visa will expire in couple of months, and cannot apply for exemption because the validity of her visa will expire soon. I just wondering if she can apply for Restoration inside Canada and get a new Visa ?

Don’t worry soon you will get pr card
I got my copr in three weeks after that I got my pr card 29 days
All together stage 2 process takes for us 50 days

She needs to apply for an extension. The fact that her TRV expired doesn't mean she doesn't qualify to apply for an extension.
