Guys i have an important question to ask you, so before getting the AIP, IRCC sent us a letter that me and my brother were not dependents since our age was above 22, and they asked us to submit additional docs to support the claim but before we could submit the docs they sent us the AIP, we sent our additional docs on dec 26 and got a DM on 26 january, and in the DM email they mentioned me and my brother alongside with my father as accompanying and told us to send theIMME 0008, and 5669 forms to LVO, so should we assume that were we considered dependents since they mentioned me and my brothers forms to sent to VO OR the LVO takes the decision again and can refuse our application?

no one been in your situation yet have the right answers for you
In my opinion you should get exemption for age
