Called IRCC - medical complete
Background in progress
Security in progress, no other updates, background has been In progress since last year.

Just wondering if anyone’s received Portal 1 or 2 this January? We got a request to confirm our address on November 20th, but nothing since then. When we called IRCC, they said all assessments are done, no checks are pending, but our application is still open - they just told us to wait.

Yes,I requested ATIP note ,Everything is passed but still there answer is just wait Quebec processing time is 47 months .

As per IRCC official site-Your processing time starts the day we receive your complete application and ends when we make a decision. It may vary depending on how many applications we get or if your application is complex.
