"We verified the information you provided and can confirm that, following a previous enquiry, an agent took the appropriate actions to follow up on your request on January 24, 2024. "

What does it really means?

From my understanding, the information sharing process is currently underway, and it appears that this phase is beyond the control of immigration officers. They seem to be dependent on reports from other offices. Can you confirm if prioritizing tasks is effective at this point? I have been anticipating the information sharing since November. Could you please clarify the rationale behind giving priority at this stage?

Officer said she send request so. Where is she send request to ? She is the officer so where she send request to. Any idea ?
