If you have not lived in those countries for 6+ months since 2021 again, then you don't need to resubmit. Sometimes they misplace it and will ask again - then you can just resend the copies of same certificates (hopefully you still have them).

I still have the one from my home country but the one for Canada I gave it to my lawyer at the time. I noticed where it also said that if I submitted any of the documents requested I don't need to do so again.
Since 12 months has passed since the in Canada police certificate do I need to do it again?
This is probably something new as Canadian police certificates were not required when we applied. Even in your citation above it said no PCCs required for time spent in Canada. Did you submit it on your own initiative or upon insistance from lawyer?
It was the lawyer that told us to get police certificate for Canada sigh
So if am understanding you correctly we do not need to submit police certificate for Canada?
And yes I noticed in the approval letter no pcc is required for time spent in Canada which is why I got confused.

Wow thank you so very much Katayoon! They requested copy of our passport but they are expired and CBSA has them. Do I need to write them a letter saying they are expired? And send them the expired copy?
Hello house, so finally I received my ECOPR yesterday 2023/04/18.
The journey though has been tough but grace and mercy sustained me.
For those that are still waiting, you own time of celebration is on the way. Keep the faith, be resilient & do not leave it all for lawyer. Take ownership of your immigration case!

It was my 1st H&C Application and it was based on establishment and best interest of child.
I'm a failed refugee as well.

Yes you attach copy and in your cover letter for Stage 2 package you explain that your passport is seized by CBSA. Our passport was also seized. You also attach a form from CBsA explaining that it was seized - they should have given you a form when they seized it which says where your passport is and how to retrieve it.
Application was submitted online.
So we don't get to knw when the decision is made.
I received approval email April 14th, 2023
