Best case scenario, call Client Centre to confirm if there has been any correspondence and ask for the processing office. You need to act swiftly because of the 30days deadline to submit other documents, in the case of AIP.

Hi, I called my lawyer they did not receive anything yet he checked his email and there is nothing so I am a bit confused.

Call the client centre.
The transfer to agent rate has increased a lot in the last days. That should gibe you some clarity on the whole status.
