I got my ecopr today… there was a mistake in my height, do I need to you update Ircc or let go. I don’t want a situation where there will be delay towards fixing it .

OMG congrats….they will send you email about portal within the next 2weeks. This gives me hope that I will get answer for second stage soon. I got AIP on June 27th

He will have to prove his establishment, he’s been here since before 2015, I am correct?,
Does he is member of any church? Does he is active in his community?, Does he have friends at work? Did he take any English course?
A lot of members applied by themselves for H&C but you need proof of your argument, and with proof I mean with a lot of documents which explain his story and if his story is verifiable or believable. He can also try with a lawyer or immigration consultant.
More experienced members in this forum can guide him of what support documents he needs.

Yeah he is here since 2015 but he did nothing this all year accept making money with cash job. I don’t know how he will prove his situation. I hope i can help him too by giving the information you gave

Nothing! I cant even check my applications status. My lawyer said the tool to check the status has not been working for months. On the PR portal says only: submitted. Im totally in the dark here. How about yours?

Hey, just submitted on 16th. You have to wait until you get ur AOR then we can check status i guess.

I see. I thought the online application was diffent, I thought I would receive everything throught the PR portal . Im still wating for AOR.

Hello folks i want to ask about the notice of appearance i got a letter from CBSA for appearance because i had a criminal conviction for refusing a breathlyzer . I have already filed my h&c application and it is in process since 27th july . Can someone tell me what can happen on this appearance is it something serious ? Anybody with the same situation or know something about it please help me out

You will need to ask for a pardon for this
