There is no country that is excluded from applying for PRRA and CBSA officers know very well you need to have an active application just to buy time. My partner is also from an OK country (not Europe but no wars/famine etc.) but he was offered PRRA application just to buy time. So it all depends now on the discretion of your CBSA officer. Try to make a positive impression on him/her and pray for the best. Good luckIm from western europe , i dont face any problems if I go home to be honest , its a normal country there are no wars etc so i dont think I can apply for the PRRA
If you are referring to me, you have just sealed your faith, what you say will surely comeback to you. I just hope you know what you said.I agree with you Carlos you don't deserve PR CARD
If you are not a protected person or conventional refugee, you can go to your home country , if you choose to go.What about those who got their pr through refugee claimants health-care pathway can they go directly to their country? For example I got a negative decision from my refugee claim ,plus appeal and Judicial. I was lucky to be a health-care worker and got my pr last year through pathway as a failed refugee claimants. I'm I at risk if I go straight to my home country?
