Yes I did apply for their work permit as well. They have got approval for that in 10 months

We submitted 2 different H&C applications at the same time , and we were asked to withdraw one and add the other partner as spouse.

What I see here you doing good because you have a open work permit and you file taxes that’s really good and plus you have a child too
I’m optimistic you’ll get it soon something good

My application went in process Aug 26, I Received my Aip Nov 23
