Happy Sunday all.
Please friends who already used the PR portal,
How do you upload the right photo.
We snapped passport photos at Jean Coutu.
For the digital copy, there are 3 sizes.
Large, medium and small.
The dimensions are no stated
Please which one is the correct one to upload.

We also used Jean Coutu and we uploaded the large one - the max permissible size of the file is 4 MB and the large one was still under 4 MB. That being said, we still have not received card. It has been over 3 months now that photos are under review by IRCC. We called call center this week and they said that due to record number of landings they experience abnormal delays, and application is in queue. So I don't have the confirmation yet that the picture has been approved. I recommend that you post the same question in a topic dedicated to PR cards, like this one:

Thank you dear sis @Katayoon. I will give the link a trial.
I printed all 3 out and they all are larger than the physical photo. It is not clear. I appreciate your assistance. God bless you.
