OK did you try by phone? For my partner, online status never worked and he always got this same message. But phone updates worked OK. Try calling 1 888 242 2100 and following prompts for self-service status updateI tried with these numbers but IRCC say we could not trace file. May be file is in received status n processing is yet to take place, I do not know technicalities. When can we check status ? Please advise
