Good question,i believe we cant go to Golf countries using RTD but would recommend to wait for other people to respond as I am also planning to go for Umrah

I know some people who were travelling to Saudi in 2022.
If you got their visa stamped on your RTD, then u r good to go، right?

I believe u will need hotel booking and return tickets.

You will need a local person to apply for permission in KSA for you then you can go embassy and visa stamp etc..

The consulate got back to me today with just replying to contact their agents for Umrah visa and nothing more all they did is shared a list with me all their agents in Canada lol
