I believe I have decoded some numbers;
CPC M is 9570

What do you have in "Assigned to" in Eligibility, Criminality, and Security?

I had more than one request 1 for me, another for her...I also sent the request through mail...I thought they should be originals

They accept scanned/e-mailed copies. I stopped mailing them in in May and haven't had any problems at all.

I was not sure and I was not sure for the request since I wanted all file...I know now that one request for the family is enough (read on cic site)

Did you get your sponsorship approval from CPC-M and then the files went to CPC-O? I also have the 9570, but not 9515 anywhere. So you might be right.

From the look of it, the 4 items (Eligibility, Admissibility, and Medical) are always assigned to 9570.

Yes, I agree. I looked all the spouse/partner sponsorship samples, and it seems all of them get initialized in CPC-M.

I only have 9570. No other code, but in the relavent fields from ankara, there's the word "Ankara" and the codes seem to be the initials for the officer.

Was your sponsorship was approved in Ottawa? and your visa office is CPC-O. So I'd say you're right on, 9510 should be Ottawa, and we can conclude that at least in my files, Ankara just uses it's name, no codes.

I only have 9750 in those fields. Probably it's been too soon for them to have entered anything. I have ordered another one, which should be here at the end of the month. Hopefully, there will be more substance there and I can dig deeper.

I do have a record of our VO requesting my forms and eligibility (sponsor's). Create Office for those is also 9570.

I still don't understand the eligibility due date. It's way past it, and the field says not started. Any ideas?
