I believe the GCMS notes are current to the date they are printed. Which would mean that if there are any updates after they are printed then they would not be reflected. You would have to order them again in order to see if there were any updates made to your file.VanSquirrel said:Does anyone know if the GCMS notes are current as of the day you request it, or as of the day they send it? As in, if there have been updates in between the time you request it and the time you receive it, will it be reflected in the GCMS notes?
I guess I'm wondering when they are printed.......Nevaeha said:I believe the GCMS notes are current to the date they are printed. Mine were printed about five days after I requested them and I received them 29 days after I ordered them.VanSquirrel said:I guess I'm wondering when they are printed.......
Haha that's just retarded (sorry, I could't think of a better word to express my disgust)Nevaeha said:Mine were printed about five days after I requested them and I received them 29 days after I ordered them.
The delay from the day they are generated and then emailed doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. :VanSquirrel said:Haha that's just retarded (sorry, I could't think of a better word to express my disgust)
Well, I guess they don't want us ordering the notes too often.
just wondering did he date and sign the 2013 forms or the 2012. Just checkingNevaeha said:The delay from the day they are generated and then emailed doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. :
You can order the GCMS notes as often as you like. My husband signed and dated twelve forms incase we choose to get them every month.
The new ones effective January 2013.wolanila said:just wondering did he date and sign the 2013 forms or the 2012. Just checking
Cool, I should do that. its a great Idea, then I dont have to bother my wife every monthNevaeha said:The new ones effective January 2013.
They don't want to provide you with information in advance of the visa office. 25 days is enough time you'd have heard anything significant from the visa office.Nevaeha said:The delay from the day they are generated and then emailed doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. :

any thoughts as to who CONV_ADMIN is?wolanila said:We just received our notes again today. Not alot has changed but I noticed a few small details.
-First the Client Details were updated on Jan 10 2013 and the updater changed from CF03894 to D3916
I have no idea why this would have been updated. We called in to tell them she got her stolen phone back but they told us they never took her phone number off the file? who knows? Maybe it means something else...
-Second under eligibility the update date changed from Sept 28 2012 to December 15 2012
the updater also changed from CF03894 to CONV_ADMIN
I am curious as to why this was updated as there was already previously a pass. Maybe they just needed to check to make sure she is still eligible? I don't know...
-Under admissibilities security you can clearly see the validity date was redeacted as the top portion of the text underneath is missing, same as before just can see the edit this time haha
I noticed some differences from the last set we received in that under the paper file history, the id and transfer oucome are completely missing but there is also a new section added called paper file transfer history.
I'm kinda guessing that they were just checking to make sure she is still eligible
I think it's a background process (so the credentials are some generic "well known" name).wolanila said:any thoughts as to who CONV_ADMIN is?
