Which city ? Why can't they book it on the phone now if they have already tired to connect with you?

Because I received a call with regards to the request I submitted to Service Canada asking them why I did not receive a call given that I have a Jan 2020 AOR whereas people with MAY, JUNE, JULY AORs are getting calls. It was not from SC's Biometric collection team.

Yes, I'm having issues. It either takes me to a page asking if I want everything in English or French and then returns me to the sign-in screen again or if I make it through it won't allow me to check the status of any of my applications and gives me a 402 - bad gateway error.
