Jobbank is just a formality. It is used by Canadian employers in order to fullfill requirement to advertise for LMIA.
In reality there is close to 0 chance, that you will find any real opened position there (either they already have a candidate or the job is not very real).

The only purpose of this tool is so that you can enter EE pool.

If you want some real job offers check on indeed.com for example.

If you want a job offer, you'll need to apply for jobs through other job sites such as indeed, linkedin, monster, etc.

I was able to get a job on jobbank from outside Canada. Not because you some people haven't is no reason to brand the site as useless and other negative things. Furthermore, many of the sites some are promoting such as indeed actually pull postings from jobbank and may employers connect job bank ads to other external job postings. Please stop spreading false information.
