Need help and advice...
I'm sponsoring my mom and just received letter from CIC advised that I am not an eligible sponsor because I don't meet LICO but I do...my mom included my dad as a spouse on her PR form so CIC included him in the undertaking but they shouldn't because he immigrated to Canada since 1990 and already a canadian citizen and my parents have been separated
Will Visa Office automatically reject my mom's PR application because I am not eligible sponsor?
What should I do to convice VO to re-consider the above fact before rejecting my application?
Because VO has processed my mom's application - can I re-submit her form and change her status to SEPARATED instead of MARRIED to my dad?
