Got Passport Request - Spouse name not mentioned anywhere

Hi Friends,

Very confused, please help.

I have applied in express entry for PR on June 9, 2017 and Last month I got married and I have added my Spouse Documents last week.

Today I got an email to submit my passport in 30 days. But it doesnt have any details of my spouse..

Not sure will my spouse receive a different email?

Please help me on this..

Spouse’s name isn’t mentioned in the passport request email so that’s fine.

Also spouse won’t get a separate email.

Just submit both passports, you’re all good don’t worry

They haven't processed your spouse as yet. You will get another ppr email with both of your names then you can submit your passports

My wife's and my daughter's names are not in my PPR email but the email has the application number and clear instructions about the what to do with the passports for the dependants. We are all PR now. So, there is nothing to worry about.

I believe CIC won't approve partial application. If you still worry, just call CIC.

This case is different because the person got married and added spouse after aor and if you follow those threads like I do because planning to do that in future you'd know that they usually receive 2 ppr emails. Hope you understand

Hi. Please do note I didn’t know that cases where spouses are added later have a different system for ppr.

If you know something for sure unlike me, it’s great you mentioned me. Hope you note that nobody sits here intentionally trying to misguide others. THANK YOU.

i have already got my stamped passports for my dependents and myself. they were never mentioned in any email nor were they sent any separate email.

additionally i would like to mention that my dependents were NOT added later. they were part of the initial application.

How did you contact them regarding your spouse passport? Email or call or cover letter? How long did they take to reply?

When they ask you to send your spouse passport to India did they send a separate email with your spouse details? Or did you send with initial email?

Dependent names are not included on the passport request (PPR). Get your facts straight.
