Spouse language results || Express entry || Mandatory or not.

Hi All,

I have a query regarding spouse PR. I am having 1064 score and got ITA.
I am getting married in July 2017.Only issue is my spouse is not having
good english communication skills.
1. Is it mandatory for spouse to give language test for express entry?
2. I got ONIP(thats why got 1064 score), if I add my spouse in application will ONIP ask my spouse to provide language results?

Its not mandatory. Spouse take ielts to improve score but since you already have nomination it doesn't matter. No need for spouse ielts

Thanks for reply. But will ONIP ask me to submit spouse language test results?
