Got Approval From NOVO SCOTIA

Dear Friends,

I have hired consultant and My application received by NS on 13. Nov.2009 and DD encashed on 22.01.10 but my consultant have not got any reply from NS till 08.03.10, I asked him to enquire abt my application, he enquired and came to know that application approved on 20.01.09 and i have got this news today through my consultant. I have only 70 days left to file full application.

So all my dear friends be careful from consultants, Try to file caseyourself
I have done mistake but dunno want you to repeat same. This forum is very helpful in all aspects.

Please clarify this for me, 120 day clock for submitting full application starts from the day NS approves the application and asks to send the full application or is it from the day it reaches CIO, NS.

Do not panic. Get all the documetns and submit it ...

parallely raise concern with your consultant and tell him that he need to pay back for their delay.

Well I could submit in just 15 days time including the PCC.
