No sir/madam, I applied for CAIPS once during September 2011 and seen no prominent steps except points for age. My e-cas history is application received< in process during February 2011< turned in to application received in April 2011< decision made in October 2011< and now two lines: DM and application received. The latest development is the e-mail reply from ND v/o that I posted. Actually I lost the final decision between cup and lips during last year. bad luck. But keep on positively until the final verdict.

Nicky I think it is 2011 wherever you have written 2010.... for your E-CAS history :)

Waiting since 2010 our minds are illusioned, where as the fact is that it is almost 2 years since we have applied.

My address again dis-appeared today!!

DM and AR still there and same story inside.

Any idea?

Address disappearance is nothing.
its the shifted database they've got which is showing this type activity.
some CHC's already said it was nothing.

have you ordered CAIPS/GCMS to know how your points have been calculated?
4131 is a crowded and at the moment they are showing no interest about them.
There are other NOCs those are facing the same from CIC.

Jnathan, I thought VO's process files based on complete documents received date regardless of which NOC the application falls under, so how does it matter if the 4131 market is crowded?

To Manonthemove,
Check the below reply from Abidjan visa office. It answers the question you have asked to Jonathan.

What he just said is true. 4131 is crowded and they are so slow in processing it. We might be t he last. I have been waiting for 3 years that is 36 months.

So i am not worried because i will have also P.R where i am presently living.

Dear Client,

Your file is currently pending review by an immigration officer.
Our office will contact you at a later date to advise about any further development regarding the processing of your application.
Due to ministerial instructions, some applications take priority over the federal skilled workers category thus creating a bit of a delay on those files.
We are working tirelessly to review your application. Meanwhile, we appreciate your continued patience.
