It good thing happening to your file....... but u will still have to wait for your MR since there are members in the forum waiting for MRs with similar status / Line added.

guys pls dont be too optimistic, its just that they have reviewed the application. now dont start congratulate him or give him positive hopes. As the review decision could go in any direction - hope and pray for positive response.

Yep, welcome to incessant waiting and praying that the medical requests will be received soon. I have been waiting since my status turned to In Process in September 2009! Oh and now my E-Cas has had Decision Made since October 2011. I would desperately like to hear about medical requests for my NOC code of Accountants and Bookkeepers!

pre June applicant if you are interested to put a case against cic , visit the following link! i am at the last of the pre june 2010 applicant , i dont know on which era they will call me for the medical and i am interested for the litigation process. it is really frustrating that they are giving priority to those who has the same noc , unfairly they are kept in waiting only reason that they are pre june applicant. visit following link

Honestly, I would like to consider the e-mail I received as an assurance from the part of the ND V/O that they'll process our files this year itself. So why don't you take it positively? We have no other option except to wait for their final decision. And also just for clearing backlogs the sent bulk rejection, no at all digesting. THIS IS A GAME TAKING OUR LIVES ON HOLD. So please be optimistic until it is said otherwise, each single file is unique, generalization is not correct. Nicky
