Hey! So we actually just learnt that she owns a house lol. When her mom bought their home, she co-signed it and it belongs to both her mom and hers. Do you think that would help our case? I still have the sponsor route I don't mind doing it but with her owning a house in Mexico that might help our chances. I've also gotten more money now and we thoughts of new things to include.Fair enough. If you decide to go the sponsorship route, be aware that your current level of savings is not sufficient to cover the fees plus other expenses such as medical and PCCs.
Good luck with the TRV application.
The plan to prove her ties would to provide:
- Proof she's studying and a letter from her school vouching that she's implicated in her studies and has her final exam in September
- Adding her siblings including little brothers that she routinely takes care of in the family form (not financially but she has duties regarding them)
- Proof of ownership for her house
- 24 months loan for a TV
- Letter of recommendation from a Zoo she works for. It's called "Social Service" and it's sort-of part of her school program, a bit like an unpaid-internship but she's very involved with them and they might hire her after the school
- Letter of explanation about our situation and we have no intention of staying in Canada (might be useless but immigration lawyers have recommended it)
