GIC Transfer Issue. Please help!

Hi All,
I need help. I had transferred money 10200 CAD to the 44th King Street Branch of Nova Scotia on the 9th of November.
I still have not received my GIC. Upon calling them. They say that the money has not been received in the account. But as per my TT advice from HDFC Bank. It shows that it reached the same day.
What do i do? I have an intake for Jan18 and only my GIC is pending.

Are you got your gic account letter yet? We are having same problem submitted money on 20 nov still waiting..

Sorry for the late reply. Well it seems there is a high load of ppl applying for GIC that is why it took mine 10 working days. Dont worry if you have sent it to the King Street Plaza Branch, you should have got it by now.
