Hi, it has been 16 days now that i have paid my gic . Still havent heard from their side. When can i expect my confirmation reciept. The money was deducted on day one from my account .

They are same as my passportonly one reason can be for delay if there is any mismatch between your details like name or address.. The details must be ditto same as passport..
