Scotiabank only give replies in secure login portal. Try to contact with bank through secure login portal. They will tell you status of your payment...

Hi, it has been 16 days now that i have paid my gic . Still havent heard from their side. When can i expect my confirmation reciept. The money was deducted on day one from my account .

I have been contacting through the secure mail only. Sent the swift copy and a reminder, but no response

only one reason can be for delay if there is any mismatch between your details like name or address.. The details must be ditto same as passport..
