I am a Nov 2020; but it's a ''other family category'', not spousal. VO is Mexico and PA is from HAITI.

Warsaw VO, we both are in Moscow. Super slow VO and they only working with Ukrainians right now..
Medicals expired, no remedical request, everyone is silent and VO does not respond to anything :):):) yay
 
Yes, I got 1.....Background check status has been updated to completed...... there was a status update shown on the gckey account as well...but did not see any change....

I don't even know how to feel anymore. I mean, Ive gotten so many updates and everything that is visible to me has remained the same; no changes. It's wearing me out now.
 
Hi everyone. Thought I'd join in the conversation. I'm the sponsor and my husband resides in South Africa. VO is Dakar, Senegal.

Here's my timeline:

  • Application received: Dec 29, 2021
  • AOR received: March 16, 2022
  • SA received, VO change: March 31, 2022. App now in Dakar
  • Bio requested on April 27, 2022
  • Bio completed and updated on gckey and PR tracker: May 19, 2022
  • QC Sponsor Approval, aka CSQ, received on August 23, 2022
Notables:
  1. Eligibility, Background and Medical listed as 'not started' in PR tracker
  2. Application status is "submitted" in GC key
  3. I didn't really know what a ghost update was until reading the previous posts, then realized that I got them on Aug 18, 23, 31 and Sept 1.
  4. Went to my MP twice to request details and still nothing
  5. Also submitted an ATIP enquiry in July and still waiting...
I'm praying every second that the process will go quicker like others. But I'll definitely call IRCC on Tues to confirm my VO...

Any suggestions or thoughts/pointers about my timeline to mention?

They received my application on January 26. Unfortunetly this is all normal. The ones that get processed in 6 months or less are usually done in Ottawa. Let us wait for 12 months and then freak out lol
