Nothing has changed on the GCKEY or on the tracker app but it said Updated on those both dates.

It is showing it started on the GCKEY but it shows that its not started on the tracker app. Nothing has updated.
Nope, it was like that before. Nothing has changed after the update. But I got 2 ghost updates. Thursday and Monday.
Even myself, in https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ : it shows 'Updated: Oct 23, 2023', but can't see any changes in my application
Got an another update on the Tracker October 26th. My last name on my PR card and on my application was different, but on my passport (my marriage last name) was different. So they changed it to my recent last name.

I saw ghost update dated 3 NOV 2023 in tracker but no change in tracker and GC key at all. anyone have same case?
For my application . all passed on10 oct 2023, while security was in progress as per call with IRCC.

came to Canada May 19 and I haven’t received PR yet
I already notify IRCC by submitting a Solemn declaration concerning a lost, stolen, destroyed or never received permanent resident card

No updates for us. Hoping with the new year though we see some movement. All milestones finished in my wife's tracker last March, she got AIP in July and I received SA in August.
Not a ghost update, but got an update on the medical being completed yet what is unusual is medical was also completed in March 2023, perhaps it's being marked again as complete because the exam expired but they aren't requiring another one to be done. Nonetheless odd.
Its your 2nd medical or 3rd
I have also done 2 medicals and in this may 2nd medical will expire
