Getting student visa while family is in Canada

I have an urgent query if anybody can help me, my brother is a Canadian PR, while my mom's immigration application is underway but she is in Canada , in this scenario what are my chances of student visa from Pakistan.

Well my brother faced the same situation. My elder brother is a canadian citizen and last year he had given partial sponsorship to my another brother covering all his living expenses and partial tuition and my parents were in canada on visiting visa.. As a result his visa was rejected stating he will stay forever... lol

He had applied again without it.. And got it stamped on the 5th day! lol
