Outland meaning not living together. After all there are two types of applications. Living together or apart. So you either provide proof or cohabitation or proof of communication. is it so hard to understand?

Apparently it is because this is not what outland means and You are the one who is misunderstanding. outland refers to where the application is processed, meaning it's processed at a visa office OUTSIDE of canada, not whether someone is living with their spouse. There are many many many outland applicants who live with their spouse while the application processes, either in canada or abroad. the type of application is not about whether people are living together, it's about where the applicaiton is processing.

Wow ... ok let me slow it down for you. So if the application is being processed outland but the couple is living together in Canada, what kind of proof would you be providing? Obviously the same one as you would for an Inland Application, so proof of cohabitation etc. That's why I am saying that there are two types of applications. Living together or apart, and the Term Outland doesn't necessarily have to do anything with it.

Golly gee, thanks for slowing it down. Being a senior member of the forum and having advised on here for about 4 years, I NEVER would have understood if you, the expert, hadn't slowed it down for me.

I suggest you do a bit more research before posting.
