GED

No, 12 years is considered completion of high school in Canada.

Then why the mentioned here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/Adaptability.asp
1. Accompanying Spouse / Common-Law Partner’s Education:

Secondary school diploma or less

A one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and completed at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies

A one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship or university degree at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 13 years of
full-time or full-time equivalent studies
As per international Education law Secondary School mean 10 years of Education, if you look on the statement Completed at least 12 years full time Studies, Even in Canada 12 years mean High School, after that you need to study for 4 years to complet your graduation, am i right? please put some more lights on it
