Yeah, I know they usually become PASSED at the same time, but it wasn't the case for me. My language and physical presence are marked as passed in both the tracker and the gcms notes, but unlike everyone, my prohibitions are still in progress both in the notes and the tracker.

yeah my background check is completed. It says my office is IRCC Mississauga with location listed as E-GRANT DF and my application is assigned to somewhere assigned by someone. so it's like the followint

Send an email to cic-mississauga-citizenship@cic.gc.ca which is the email for Mississauga office asking for a status update, since that's where your file is currently. Good sign that your file is there rather than Sydney.

Normally they send a canned response before LPP completion but you can always try your luck atleast it will serve as a nudge, also call them sometimes they need a reminder that you're eagerly waiting for an update...
Just checked ECAS and it says Decision Made, last update was test completed March 30th.

I ordered GCMS notes on Nov 15th and got them back today I got to know RC-8090 is the office - Sydney primary office and Scarborough is the processing office
The due date for LPP shows 14th Jan 2024 (I don't know if that matters at all)
We contacted the local MPP office and they said to reach out only if 17 months have passed and nothing happens.
Not sure what to do. Is anyone in the same boat? What are the options?
