I did not upload proof of address as that is not a requirement to upload. Only documents I uploaded was kid's passport, my employment letter, my cancelled Indian passport, kid's birth certificate (as relationship cert).

Yes! There is a separate queue for passport pick up and you should go there by 11 - 11:30 AM as that's when they start to give passports.

Toronto jurisdiction covers for all Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto location applications, so I don't think there is any difference.

Based on responses on this thread - self attested copies are sufficient.

I would suggest take an appointment if you can as there usually is no wait time and easier. With walk in you will have to wait approx. > 2 hours in line.
