According to the original post 15.1 is good on the security section as it shows it's complete. Not too sure about the rest but I'm sure they are bound to crop up at some stage within the notes.

Some people say that if you order you notes too soon you'll see many of these numbers (as the officers are still doing the analysis and their comments aren't final and official yet), so the more time you wait the better it is in that sense.
S.15 (1) does not mean complete in PNP Program but it is in FC (Family Class Program) I should have cleared that confusion from the beginning. I am sorry

Thank you for the clarification. I'm applicant in FC, so I guess my security is complete ;D one step closer to the finish line

That does make sense. I ordered new notes only 2 weeks after the old ones so maybe the numbers mean unofficial hidden notes. But I'm June 2015 applicant and am so eager to know what is going on with my application (I have't got SA or AIP yet)

If your Eligibility says Passed, Criminality: Passed and Medical: Passed, then when you see S.15(1) your Security is completed as long as you are in the FC program. After these conditions met then you are one step away to CLOSURE.

Sometimes they may hid Security Checks even if it is finished according to Subsection 15 (1) for international affaires and defense.

Please see my signature link for "Acronyms/GCMS Info". If you click on link it explains sections of GCMS notes.
I checked my notes again and in Security i see "s.15(1)" which from what I understand means complete.
The question is, if everything is passed already (security, criminality, medical, eligiblity ) why they did not send me a PPR already?
Ps. I received my notes mid December.

This is the only time I recommend to see your MP, let him or her requests information from your visa office since everything is completed. Or you actually fill a WEB FORM ON CIC website they will contact you back within a week.

Really why are they different and how are they different? Do you know what is considered complete for PNP and FSW?

FC is compared to a DUCK
PNP is compared to a CHICKEN
FSW is compared to a TURKEY

They all belong to BIRDS' FAMILY so it is for those 3 PR Programs.

So for PNPs, is there any other indicator apart from s.15 to tell security is complete?

;D ;D ;D ;D

Fantastic comparison Eagle333... Hum... wonder what an EAGLE would then equate to in terms of PR programs! :p

So what I meant to ask is, since you said "S.15 (1) does not mean complete in PNP Program but it is in FC (Family Class Program)" do you know what the equivalent for for complete security in a PNP program is? Or in FSW or CEC? It would really help a lot of people on the other threads ;)

And I'm sorry for dragging this on, I know this is within a FC sub forum so FC is the main discussion here. Thanks!

Hi,

In our GCMS notes the Paris office comments are in French. I have figured out the comments but not able to understand a couple of codes. Anyone familiar with FOSS related stuff have a clue?

FOSS vu et recherches integrees faites = Requerant => RAS Repondante =>

Translation
FOSS seen and integrated research done = Applicant => RAS Sponsor =>

What does the RAS stand for?

Also in the travel section it says " Liste de voyages => voyage en Libye (2013 et 2014) transmis a AS pour dec REC

List of travels => traveled to Libya (2013 and 2014) File transmitted to (AS)? for what? (dec REC)?

And does all this mean background check is in progress? It doesn't say its in progress in ECAS or MyCIC

Thanks merci beaucoup :p
RAS mean " rien à signaler" ....je pense
in which language have you asked for your GCMS ?
car tu peux, les recevoir en Anglais ...je pense !
