Hi, i know there has been a bunch of delayed Notes
But is anyone still receiving them withing the 30 Days?

Im asking because we ordered ours on the 14th of last month and i'm curious as to whether i can actually expect them on time or with a 50 Day delay :-X

Section A filled out by principal applicant
Section B left blank
Section C by sponsor - whip I assume is in Canada and requesting the notes. Also the sponsor will need to sign on the representative line

Just wanted to let you guys know, we ordered our notes on the 14th of September and received them on the 12th of Octorber - no delay for us!

Sent updated consent form on September 13.
Sent e-mail for update on September 23.
Received e-mail on October 1 stating request is "priority".

Still have not received notes and interview coming up in five days. Happy for quick interview turnaround but would be nice to know why they flagged us.

I think there was a small window in July/August where they were extremely busy as I recall others around that time with delayed notes.

Your notes looks good since your eligibility passed . what's your time line ? are you out-land or inland ? not sure what compliance they are talking about .

I just received my notes today. It says Eligibility is passed, criminality is passed, medical is passed and in the final notes section it says * OFFICERS REVIEW * File requested from registry for RFV check.

Our file has been approved on Sept 14/2016 but we have still not received a passport request and neither has the online status changed to decision made. Has anyone seen the above on their gcms notes? If yes, how long after that did it take you guys to get a passport request?

Security just has the number 1 on it and it doesnt show the status but as per MP and the notes, our file has been approved on Sept 14, 2016. On doing some more research, seems like RFV stands for either Request for Visa or Ready for Visa but I don't understand what checks they would be doing on that?? Just wanted to know if anyone else who had requested their GCMS notes had seen this on there and how long after did they get a passport request?

May I know where your interview will be held? Is it in Singapore Visa Office or in your local embassy?

The interview will be held at the Consulate General of Canada in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Interviews for VO that is a regional processing centre are held in the PA home country.
