GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Postal service is horrendous at best. But each time I've ever mailed anything to my wife it has arrived from Canada within 2 weeks.

My wife has gone to her local Pos Indonesia 3 times looking for the package and leaving her address and phone number each time.

Also, the only other Indonesian applicant currently on the forum recieved their package from SVO within 5 days of the date of the interview letter.

I got mine last night after 47 days , but was dated AUG 23 , I requested them Aug 03 .
Nothing new in the notes , officer notes were just a list of what we sent and a narrative of our relationship and the proofs , no remarks from Officer at all .
Not sure if this line mean anything ( Preassessment done to file FXXXXXX ( PA Name ) File reviewed sponsorship :MET DOCS Received :
By the way In a couple of days I'll hit the 1 year mark , PGR was requested last May , still waiting for PCC from Canada , PGR requests in 99% of cases are a sign of approval however my Eligibilty still show NOT Started .

We cannot send anything that isn't lettermail to Russia after Putin enacting extra "checks" at the border; also regular post will not accept packages for residential addresses. It slowed down everything to the point that there are no international couriers willing to try. I found out when I sent a webcam to my wife in 2014, and it was stopped in Sheffield UK and turned around because of it.

Hi dear members I need help with status of my application, I've got an email this morning about my application has been updated by CIC and when i login to my account i see ON HOLD in front of my application status which is wierd cuz there is no such a thing in their explanation when o hit the question mark sign ,so i was wondering if anybody here have the same situation or at least anybody knows what that means?

The last notes I received nothing was started.

We were asked for a new form because we didnt both sign the form. My wife filled Section A and entered my information in Section C. They said I'm the rep and need to sign.. but we never sent the use of rep form with our app and cic entered my email and phone under my wife's info anyways and seem to think I'm her rep because I was sent AOR2 and the interview letter instead of my wife. The level of incompetancy is alarming.

I sent my GCMS notes on August 24th and just got e-mail today for a new form.

They want me to sign the representative section. And said the consent request appears tampered because in addition to signing we have to print our name too. I don't see anywhere on the form asking to print our names after signing.

And if we use electronic signature we have to provide an audit log.

This new form is really confusing. Why do they always have the need to update their basic forms. Lots of money to throw around I guess.

Yeah I had them ask me to resubmit my consent form too. I thought the ATIP request is a new application (application for information), so we signed the form wrong.

They explained that the PA must fill out and sign Section A, and the Representative (spouse, lawyer, whoever is requesting) is to fill out and sign Section C.

I believe the pre assessment refers to eligibility and that they won't change it to pass until a decision is made.

Seems MCVO is slow as well.

I would send a case specific enquiry immediately asking why your application is on hold.

Don't know where that is, but im happy for you! I havent seen my wife since april either.
