Hi OP. It has been almost a year since you posted this. Could you please update us if your medical was extended? If so, did it reflect on your GC Key Portal or did you receive any email? I got my GCMS Note and I see the same Note as yours. But under Assessments, Medical is "Expired" and Eligibility Not Passed yet.Can someone please help me interpret these notes:
Note on file made in Dec 2020: FIle reviewed, made by local idcc office
I have a note on my file, in February 2021, "Triage complete", made by the local office.'
Then there is a note from Ottawa HMB, made in March 2021: Reassessment has been granted and a new medical certificate with a validity of 12 months has been issued in GCMS"
In the beginning however, notes made in the beginning of last year are still the same: criminality in progress, medical passed, info sharing complete, Eligibility assessment: review required (however, this was a note made beginning of last year and its due date noted has long been passed)
Does triage complete mean that eligibility and criminality have been complete? or are those old notes about those two things still valid and they are still under review?
I will appreciate any help.
You surely can, but there will not be anything substantial since unlike a PR application which is processed in stages, the PR card for the first card after the PR status is acquired, there is no processing as such, since it is automatically given.Hi @legalfalcon how are you? May I ask if I can request for GCMS notes with regards of the status of the PR card application? Thanks
got it. thanks for your reply. You surely can, but there will not be anything substantial since unlike a PR application which is processed in stages, the PR card for the first card after the PR status is acquired, there is no processing as such, since it is automatically given.
Yes, you can.Hello, I have a legal rep who is taking care of my file but they are not very good at communication. I just want to know that even if I have a legal rep, can I order GCMS notes on my own without their help? Your input is highly appreciated.
Thank you !! but my husband received his PPR today.Yes, you can.
