here's something for you to comment on if you have time .
MXVO gave me 120 days to submit RCMP Police Certificate and Mexico PGR , I'm hoping to get everything done in less than 30 days and send it to Mexico .

do you think they'll wait the 120 days before going to the next step ?

The sooner is the better for the file to go forward.

I am June 21, 2015 inland applicant. Ordered my GCMS notes on March 15, 2016 and finally received them on May 18, 2016. From what I can see, there is no progress on my appliction other than 2 AOR's for the sponsor and principal applicant (me). I do see under the section "Medical" on my notes that it says:
Status: Passed
Validity Date: 2016/05/17
Due Date: 2016/08/13
Reason for Closure: Granted
Does that mean that I am not going to have to re-do my medical exam? Or it means it expired due to the validity date which was 2016/05/17?

How long can this review take after submitting additional documents 9 months ago?

You can only order through the Privacy Act if the Principal Applicant is in Canada. If the applicant is not in Canada you must use Access to Information Act.

Hello,

Just received first set of notes. Not too exciting as expected since I ordered them about a month after my file was sent to Singapore.

When I reviewed the notes, I found two errors:
- Principal Applicant's ordering of first and middle name incorrect. It is showing LAST, MIDDLE FIRST instead of LAST, FIRST MIDDLE.
- Sponsor's level of education is inaccurate. Shows "Diploma/Certificate (Non-Uni)", but I checked off "Post-graduate studies".

So, should I just send a case specific inquiry highlighting this?

I have received GCMS notes today and would like to share and get some information as to how to interpret them and take any actions.

The "ASSESSMENTS" section of the notes is as follows:
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

and then at the end there are notes by the immigration officer which are as follows:

Dated: 12-03-2016
"***AGENT REVIEW A11.2*** Having analysed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the application: A11.2 decision: Met-Review required on Proof of funds 75(2) FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Appears Met 76(1)(a) SELECTION CRITERIA- FSW POINTS: Appears Met FSW points total: 77 CRS points at ITA: 464 CRS minimum score for round: 461 Current CRS score: 0 (level of funds does not appear met) ... eDoc ###"

after this they have confirmed that R10 OK and occupation is consistent with NOC skill level A. I am not sure what eDoc number means but it is written at the end of this note.

I have submitted all my bank statements from UK banks and have not received any monies from anyone else except for my salary. I have also double checked that the amount in my statements was more than the required amount. The statement, on one hand says A11.2 Met but on the other hand it takes away all the points because of level of funds. The only thing I can think of is that in my application I have mentioned that I have CAD 18,500 available whereas this amount has recently increased i.e. after I submitted my applications (I think it increased on the 18th of March which is after the date on the notes). Even after the recent increase, my submitted bank statement has more money.

I would be grateful if someone can guide me on what I can do to satisfy the statement: "level of funds does not appear met" .

and my timeline is as below:

Meds Passed: 11-03-2016
Background set to not needed at this time: 12-03-2016 (note that this date matches the date of last notes and since then there have been no progress on the application).

Received 3rd sets of GCMS Notes today June 3rd ( Notes dated May 06 ) since AOR2 and they all look the same no changes whatsoever .
I think it's not worth anything to order the GCMS notes , all you need to know the embassy will communicate it to you .
the notes are at least 30 days outdated and worth nothing , most of the important information included you already knew .

I'm done ordering notes , Will order the last set after wife land and come home .

some of you might found it helpful , Nada in my case

I noticed changes between my second and third notes.

Also someone on SVO thread said they had "not started" on everything in April and received PPR in May, so I dunno.

I'm gonna order again and see what's up lol.

I think if I order another set of notes today ,I will notice some change too , because I received a communication from the embassy 6 days after I filed for the notes .

and there is no officer's notes about our relationship or the evidence we sent , are there any comments in yours ?

My file was given AOR2 and my notes were pulled May 2. All the notes at the end said about our file was that they recieved additional relationship evidence and an updated form that my wife mailed to the VO.

Medical passed, everything else not started.

How can they possibly need a new Schedule A already? How long have you been in process?
