GCMS Notes -- Review Required for Eligibility -- Suggestions needed

I got my GCMS notes which i applied on 4th feb 2015. it says
"Employment Letter does not provide information regarding applicants duties and functions within the company.Web based search conducted online information verified. .... ..... some other stuffs...." At last its written RECOMENDATION : REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICIER.

I have already submitted my work permit petition along with PR application in which my duties and functions are listed. do i need to send aything else or wait for the VO to review. the due date mentioned was 28th feb 2015.

please advise my friends

Could you not provide company emails of your supervisor or contract papers showing your scope of work? If your company cannot amend the employment letters showing the scope of work, you attach this refusal as a proof, to keep you out of trouble. May be you talk to your company to revise the letter..??

Thanks rks0101. I have submitted the petition in which my role and responsibility is mentioned. that petition was filed by my company while requesting for my initial work permit. i have mentioned this in the covering letter and highlighted this point that my due to constraints of company policy my employement letter do not have roles and responsibility but the same can be found in the supporting document inside work permit petition. so if the VO refers the document then he/she may consider and i will get my MR or else VO might sent some query.

So it was sent to second review. due date was 15 Jan, but it was postpones to 31 March. Hope it won't be postpones further. but i just received my notes, so i asked my supervisor to provide new Emp. Letter with more detail explanation. I also wrote to cic explaining that my Empl. Letter writes the general duties, and gave some explanation.
I called to cic before receiving my gcsm notes, and asked about my eligibility and they told me it should be fine. But when i received my notes , i see it was not ok.
How can they said this ?

Hi Nihon19,

The notes is always back dated info by about a month, so this might be the cause of difference in status.

However the best thing to do is provide, if possible, 'new Emp. Letter with more detail explanation'.

This would rule out any negative assessment.

Hey guys,
can someone please tell if CIC keeps records of the files they have returned due to CAP Full?

I applied under FSW in October last year, my file returned last month.
I want to apply for Express Entry, but in a different NOC. Right now, my work is a mixture of NOC 1123 and NOC 5241.
I had applied for 1123, now I want to go with 5241.

Coming back to my question above,
I want to find out if CIC has my records under NOC 1123, and will it be a problem when I apply under NOC 5241?
So after going through a lot of posts, I came to know about GCMS Notes.

But when I started filling up the info there, I got stuck.
I have my basic info, and my UCI (generated when I was in Canada on a study permit in 2011)
but I don't have a file number or anything.

You will be fine because there is no information in the system about the application.
