what date was the request for more information received? Has it been 45 days yet? What the officer is asking is for proof that you as the sponsor plan to live in Canada again. They want proof that if they approve PR for your spouse that the two of you will live in Canada. What proof do you have that you want to return to Canada? Do you have a house there? An apartment already? Do you have a job lined up? Have you at least had interviews online for a job? Do you plan to go to school in Canada once you arrive? Have you applied to any universities?

In order for you to be approved as a sponsor you need to prove you will return to Canada. The CIC does not care that you have family in Canada, they don't care if you have friends in Canada. They want hard proof that you have future plans already made to live in Canada. Letters from family and friends would help support your evidence, but that can not be your only evidence.

You'll want to order the applicant's notes. Since you got sponsorship approval, it seems the guy with the concerns about whether the sponsor will reside in Canada is a VO in Manila. You won't find out anything about his concerns if you just order the sponsorship application notes.

This month i will order both of us GCMS note.

it seems pretty straightforward information. if you are concerned about the part that suggests the employment in canada needs to be followed up on, it IS past march 2014, so yes, i would think they would want to confirm that actually happened. If they learned it has not, my guess is they will want to know why and what the plan is from here to make sure you both settle in canada.

It seems the applicant's notes need to be ordered to see how far that concern actually goes.

but they were not satisfied with the sponsor not with the applicant so I did not order applicant CGMS note.
and my wife working out side Canada not in Canada.
also we described them our planning to resettle in Canada and again end some additional documents.
I hope they will understand this time.

I'm in a similar situation and worried I would get rejected with the same reason.

It is always good to order the notes for both the sponsor and applicant, so you can get the full picture. In anycase, your notes say that you intended to return to Canada in March 2014. This is June and you are still not back, so ofcourse they will have doubts.

From my understanding there is no sponsorship approval yet. They are still questioning the sponsor.

We are already state that if we get my PR till march 2014 we will move to Canada after getting my PR but they did not give us before march 2014 and still in process so my wife have to make new job contract as we are in process from Manila out land applicantion process.
We also send additional documents and make letter that myw wife (sponser) waiting my PR Thats why she is still here becauae i am on spouse visa here in Korea.

We got this e mail after approval also we send many documents like family support letter notery attasted, job searching online applicant and sponsor both,bank statments Canada and korea my bank statment,friends e mails that they know we are coming,educational documents and my wife past job work in Canada ref latter,letter from sponsor to discribe how we will settle , income tax return and detail,her job contract of korea,her work license.

It looks like you can save this application by moving to Canada immediately and get a job or whatever.

If your wife is the sponsor and a Canadian citizen, CIC is not convinced that she would return to Canada after you receive PR. So it would be far better if she moves to Canada and find a job for her. This would expedite processing your case.
