For the folks that uploaded documents to Mississauga visa office, how long did it take before you had any feedback?

We recently uploaded a document regarding the "SPR's residency: Please provide proof that your sponsor intends to reside in Canada when you become a permanent resident"

I had the exact same request from Mississauga. About one week after the documents were uploaded we received PA DM and PPR.
