They are concerned about my employer. My employer has 2 more full time IT employees other than me and have around 13 permanent full time employees in total.
I am working for my employer since jan2013 as a Web Developer. We have around 7 websites including informational & online shopping websites. Moreover 2 more websites are coming up in this month.
Please advise how to tackle this issue, should i send them any letter from my employer, anyone has or had this situation before?

I share the officers concern - a small company may need a web maintainer but not a full-time web developer, even a maintainer may not be warranted full-time.

A little off-topic here. Your salary is awfully low for a web developer. There's a strong demand for web developers out there - couldn't you have found a better job that pays much more?

From Job Bank, the median wage for that role is $28/hr giving at least $40k annual salary for a full-time position of 30 hours/week.

Thanks for all your suggestions.

But i dont think its a matter of wage. Its a concern that does my employer need a full time web developer or no?
My employer is a big reputed company in the city, older than 30 yrs in this business. Moreover they do have other businesses as well, for them as well i do the web work.

Even for the wage thing, I was just graduated that time, and i dont think anyone would pay me $28 per hr. May be now i can try.
Moreover I dont think there is a minimum wage requirement.

Does the one year of work experience to qualify under the Canadian Experience Class include non-paid employment? Is there a minimum wage requirement for qualifying employment?

Non-paid employment does not qualify under the Canadian Experience Class. You must have been paid a wage (or earned a commission) but there is no minimum wage requirement for your qualifying work experience.

Full-time work experience means working at least 30 paid hours per week. To qualify, you must have skilled work experience, meaning work in occupations listed at NOC Skill Type 0 (managerial), or NOC Skill Level A (professional occupations) or NOC skill Level B (technical and trade occupations).

My advice: let the senior officer review it. If he needs more documents he will request it from your. I don't think you have anything to worry at all. I have seen worst cases than this who has succeeded so you have absolutely nothing to worry about. The only thing is its going to take little bit longer. Do not send any documents until you are asked to do so. :)

That might work in your favor.

They actually have 3 issues according to GCMS:

1 - "LOE/Supporting Docs appear to match lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under NOC" - Duties on LOE does not match duties mentioned under your NOC Sorry my bad. I read docs as don't.
2 - "A NOA from 2013 show reported earnings of $32,3k. A T4 from 2013 show reported earnings of
$29,8k. 2013 " - Why different amount i.e. What is source of additional $2500 ?
3 - "Employer's profile is landscaping - For Officer to determine if the company size and profile is justifying the need for the full-time Web Developer position" - I being a 3 person can think that what is need of a full-time web developer in a landscaping company. But world doesn't work like what I think, so First Immigration officer(IO) wants senior IO to review that if actually your employer needs a full time web developer in that company.

P.S. None of this will cause an issue as these are general issues which gets resolved once Senior IO review it. Give me few minutes I will provide you with what options you can go with. Thanks.

I think LOE is fine.. No issue with it.

For this extra 2500 , i provide the proof, another T4 for my part time work. also explained in my cover letter.
