GCMS and consent

hello,
i'm a perm.res. living in canada.
i'm sponsoring my wife. sponsorship is approved and it is now in the VO in ankara.
I want to order GCMS notes about our file.
In our application she declared me as a representative.
my question is does she still need to fill sign and send the consent form, after all i'm a representative and sponsor

Yes you still need her to sign the consent. You can also order it online now, but still have to get her to sign the consent and scan it.
