Can I apply my open work permit after six months experience.

I will assume that you are a HCCP applicant and you uploaded your six months of work experience. In case IRCC accepts the work experience, the outcome will be an eligibility letter that you will use to apply for
Bridging open work permits for permanent residence applicants while you wait for your final PR resolution. In case you don't upload your work experience, you will get an
occupation-restricted open work permit; in this case, you can change your employer and continue working (same occupation) until you accumulate six work experience.

My HCCP 6 month experience will be complete in September and should I wait till feb 2025 for PR approval because of T4.

on question #3: I am applying for one of the following:
Best suited option is "apply for the work permit with the same employer". (Note that I have 1.5 years before my work permit with current employer expires)

Details of intended work in Canada : Question 1 - What type of work are you applying for?
I am confused as I have work permit with my current employer for 1.5 year. What should I put here? Open work permit? to have freedom to work with other employers? or should I just select Live-in-caregiver?

I will continue to work with my current employer...

I checked the form imm5910e Schedule 19 b, I can't find the questions you are mentioning the form has sections and letters....

IMM5910E -SCHEDULE 19B in section 3 the question says UCI number.

Probably you are referring to another form

These questions are related with IMM 5710 extend work permit inside Canada. Do they asked you to fill this form? this form belongs to the early steps in the application....

But yes the answers are "apply for the work permit for the first time or with the new employer" and "Open Work Permit"

But again this form IMM 5710 doesn't form part of the proof of experience.

That means beside your 4 months experience in 2024 you had also some months in 2023, right?

Yes I started my current job back in September 2023. Closed Work Permit (via LMIA)
