i got my PR under HCCP program . can i change the province ? there will be no restriction on change of province ..pls advise .
also can i apply for SIN after i move to another province ?

If you are PR, you can live wherever you want. No change of SIN. It is the same for life.

Hi I have different situation. I've been a caregiver for few years now under old pilot home support worker, applied and got denied for PR due to lack of education ( 1 yr post secondary missing) I was wondering if I can apply again for PR under the new program.. did anyone tried this yet

Given there are likely to be changes to the program would not count on current or previously pathways and their requirements.

I don't understand so what they give us pr without submitting work experience in Canada you already got pr or you also applied it I know they announced new pathway direct pr but we already submitted application on home support caregiver pilot so we still eligible on this pilots rules

has anyone been approved without LMIA? I came to Canada as open work permit and worked for over a year as a child care provider. I am still in Medical passed stage and I don't have LMIA. Applied on Jan 1, 2024

Congratulations! Just curious on how you applied on Feb 12, 2024 coz the program was closed on Jan 1, 2024. Is it paper application and not online?

Hccp inside Canada program still open if you complete your 6 months experience you can submit any time hccp program closed for new applicants still wait until they open
