I have seen a s situation where app was declined because of fluctuations in exchange rate. My advise is to have a little above the required POF. They could request POF again down the line. So just add a bit more to the funds to be on the safe side.

I thought it was the opposite - I thought CEC would get priority over FSW...

Can someone confirm?
