A friend of mine sent full application to CHC Islamabad on 25th March and he has received second AOR on 9th April. I am worried why I haven't received it as of yet

I have sent my full document to CHC Islamabad on 27th of March 2010, My application status is changed “Received by Visa Office” on 12th of April, Yesterday I got the letter from CHC, in which they just enclosed the fee payment receipt of my new born baby, there is no letter in the envelop, just small receipt with other file number.
Is it strange? As normally they send letter to concern with some information, new file number and other details. but here only the fee payment reecipt is enclosed, nothing else. Please advice

i sent all documents on March 3rd...to london visa office..still no AOR or any changes in the Ecase......
I am worried now...Is there any way i can follow up with them or send them an email about my application....all the other london applicants seem to have received their AOR's
