pls share your IELTS score in each section with us.
4131's, you need special prayer if you dont have a better score.

anyone has any update??? some other visa office already started, but singapore is in sleeping mood

someone got his medical even after sending his full docs than another person. The time span is like 20 days.
CHC Singapore is mysterious lol.

I receive canada police certificate request, medicals, and PR fee on July, 23 2010.

Hi hellovn,
I am curious. Did you send your RPRF when you submitted you full docs to CHC?
if yes, Why received that request again?

Hi ahorse,

I didn't send RPRF when sending my full documents to CHC Singapore.

hi jnathan

one of my friends applied under noc 4131 and he has his uncle in Canada from whom he claimed points is on Social Aid. will he face any problem?

one of this forum's member named arlnr was asked to give a satisfactory reply to the visa officer in 60 days whithout which he'd face a rejection. he was 4131 too. He had less IELTS score, probably 6.0 with less than 6.0 in at least two sections. His relative from whom he claimed points was on social aid in Canada since that relative went to Canada in June or July 2009. He did work for sometime in Canada and then he got laid off.

So if this is the situation in Singapore among all the visa officers, then according to seniors of this foru, visa officer was reluctant to award him that 5 points coz the believed that arlnr would also be on social aid after getting encouraged by his relative.

we havent heard from arlnr after he got registered for a fresh IELTS test then.

my friend is fine with his IELTS score. he got 7 in L,R,S and 6.5 in W. his uncle went to Canada in Febuary 2008 and still now he is on social aid.

after such a scoring is there a chance still exists to award him a lower point in IELTS and ask him for a satisfactory reply?

His IELTS score is good enough for 4131.
if CHC Singapore has a similar standard of not giving away points for relatives living on Social aid in Canada then your relative would be in problem for sure. This largely depends on the Visa Officer's Decision.

Hi,

Does anything trigger to VO after 120 days deadline? or How they prioritize application processing?

Regards,
Shamim
