hello Mr. sohail!
it is seen that u have gut AOR just few days after sending full documenmts to the canadian high commission.
i sent my full docs to the singapore visa office on may 31,2010 and gut my e-cas changed as "received by visa office " but i have nut gut any AOR from the canadian high comisssion yet. i am really confused.... pls share your experience

if you got the E-Cas changed then no problem, just relax.
CHC Singapore must have sent the AOR to you through postal registered mail.
Check with your Post office and especially talk to your postman.

Its still not a rejection yet, they gave you a chance.

Clearly they want two things now:


1. A better IELTS score than you provided to them. [ how much did you score in each section, let us know]
2. Someone economically sound, at least who didnt take social assistance from the government. I hope you have someone other than your uncle from whom you can claim points.

How much $$$$ did you show as POF?

The process has been hardened , and this is a sign.

and regarding my relative there is none of ne other relative
one thing should be clear here that every applicant have their own POF for at least 6 months after arrival
and there is only 5 points as relatives reference however there is still no criteria that relative should not be in social assistance only his residing in Canada
If they want then i can show more Bank Solvency but it does not mean to depend on my relative though he is in Social
My relative is there from june 2009 he completed his PHD from Michigan University in Economics, he is trying his best to find a job but the answer is no canadian experience though he is qualifying himself best in interviews several times this is why he is in social and it does not mean ne negative impression as they (CIC SG) assumed in their letter

I am asking u all that what is my best possible explanation regarding this

take things easily and donot be panicked !
i agree with jonathan. there are two things you need to do. first , you have to upgrade your ielts, at least in one band, you need to get 4 points, the visa officer empasaized on your IELTS score as there is an issue relating to your ability to become economically viable , on the otherhand , alternatively , they tried to make a balance justifying your uncle;s case as permanent resident in canada who would be able to help yopu economically established in canada. but unfortunately your uncles position is not in such a position, the result is "they confused"
under the circumstances, i would suggest you to appear in the ielts exam to secure a "4" in any band and later claim that you will be able to be economically established yourself rather than being in custogy of your uncle!

I had a talk with a consultant. He said that none of his clients, who submitted full documents in 2010, has received any further correspondence from SG office. Even those who had submitted Medicals in January are stuck in the same spot.

I wonder whether there is any change in the system.

After a long waiting Q This is really frustrating for me now, I am indicating some of my opinion to u for further procedures

Is it a common practice after obtaining 69 marks out of 67.

Is there is any probability to deduct my relatives point.

Previously they ask my relatives documents only ( On early April 2010).

Why not then point out the language factor.

Why they suppose to predict some individuals future in CA in reference with IELTS and others
after obtaining 69 selection point

There are lot of skill / Language development program runs everywhere throughout CA for New Immigrant then why they are assuming that there are no further development in that specific field.

They have organized such type of programs for the sake of new Immigrants, ultimately options are open for a new comer to build himself best in Canadian economy.

You know Now a days Every new Immigrant engage them self in such type skill development program because in the real life there is no suitable jobs available without Canadian experience or degree and it is common for all like doctors , engineers, It people etc.

And my relative is suffering now for this reason , you know he is completed his education from Michigan University USA though he has no positive result in job factor in CA because Lack of Canadian experience.

So further skill development is must in CA for new comers economic solvency.

Now come to another point which is economical support from relative.

In that case I do not need any financial support from my relative because I have my own required fund if that is not enough then I will have to submit more.

The main objective is only the 5 points for relatives residing in CA.

It does not mean that he is sponsoring me or I will be depend on him.

Because w are in FSW class Not in Family Class Sponsorship. ...
