Its definitely time for you to send a CAIPS request. You better not use lawpoint this time after NGE's case.
Use other services like caips.ca etc.

Yes, I am thinking about that. This caips.ca how are they? Do you have any idea?
How much they will charge & how long they need to inform our notes?

I am not sure about the authenticity of caips.ca
can you please ask Qorax about it?
however, caips charge $40-$60 for it.

I think. if you got 2nd AOR, then you dont need to apply CAIPS note until "IN PROCESS"... in CAIPS note there is nothing. i think i lost 25$.

Munni's case is rather a bit different. lots other cases have seen success by now but she hasnt yet got her medical. its been quite some time for her. So its obviously the best time for her to order CAIPS. Only then she'd be able to know at which point her case is Bottlenecked.

In last 2 month every medical req form Sig VO got that into them. Fill it carefully and attach the supporting doc's .

At the of my full document sent, I had shown my bank statement and wealth statement from NBR with form IT-10B. My wealth statement asset is heigher then my shown bank statement. But also I don't have any fixed asset, like Car, Flat or land etc. But I have some cash which I lend to my relative and that reflect to my wealth statement.

My question is, the form they have sent there is no option to show the lend amount. So do I need to show all of my asset to their form or just the bank statement as like I sent before.

Submitted my doc on 10 March 2010. My e-cas status- in process.... we have reviewed your application and started processing on 20 September 2010.

I have received a letter issued on 20 Sep 2010 from VO for additional submission of the official transcript for my spouse with a dead line of 45 days. I have already sent the doc which is received by VO on 4 October 2010. Please give some input on my case....When I am supposed to get medical request?? What about my baground check???

Dear Mua

As tax return is not needed in any documentation then it's (IT10B) just an additional document. It would be better not to sent them that in the first place, just the bank statement, solvency certificate would have done the job fine.

Any way now you should send the bank statement (min last 3-4 months if balance is good then 1yr), solvency certificate from bank. and attach them with the net-wealth statement.

You could put the cash into Stock/Trading Commodities or in Current / Savings Account and mention in remark "Cash In Hand"
